SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY


All products indicated to be in-stock are usually shipped within 1-2 business days.

Free shipping on qualified items when order exceeds 25.00

A confirmation email is sent once the item ships from one of our distribution centers.  This email will not only confirm that the item left our distribution center, but will also provide the UPS tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to UPS and based on the shipping method you selected).

IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as "in-stock" when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock.  In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder.  The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the  order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again.




RETURN POLICY


At Value Plus Paper, our goal is to provide our customer with quality products and a pleasurable shopping experience.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 10 days of delivery.  All orders are subject to a restocking fee of 25% plus return freight.  If you received an item in error, we will gladly pay for the return shipping cost and waive the restocking fee.



We cannot accept returns of certain products, including:

>> Any Closeout item.
>> Any Food Product
>> Food Service Disposable items, such as plates, cups, napkins, etc.
>> Any aerosol products.
>> Smallwares products such as China, Glassware or other Breakable items.
>> Vaccuum cleaners.
>> Special Order Items.

Additionally, we cannot issue a refund for the return of certain products, including:

>> Any product that has obvous signs of use.
>> Any product that is not returned in original shipping carton, complete with all packing
    materials.
>> Items returned without a Return Authorization Number.



Returning Damaged Products

** You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item.


Returning All Other Products

** Contact us within 10 business days.
** Obtain a Return Authorization Number and Return Address.

You will need to provide us with the following information:

          * Your Name
          * Your Company Name
          * Order Number
          * Item Number of product(s) to be returned
          * Condition of the product to be returned
                   *Complete for Missing pieces/parts
                   *Damaged or Undamaged
           * Reason for Return


   Clearly mark your Return Authorization number on the shipping label of your returned  
   package.
   

   Mail your returned products to the address given by our returns department.
     
        1) The goods associated with your Return Authorization must be post-dated within 7 days
            of Return Authorization issue.
        2) We cannot be held responsible for lost packages, so we recommend using a shipping  
             method with tracking data such as FedEx or UPS ground.
        3) Return credit is issued only for the product total and does not include shipping and/or
            handling charges.
        4) If a Call Tag has been issued on defective or damaged merchandise, FedEx or UPS will
            make 3 attempts at pick up.  After 3 failed attempts to pick up the damaged goods, the
            Return Atuhorization and refund will be canceled, leaving the customer responsible for
            any costs related to the reshipment of goods.



ORDER CANCELLATION


To cancel an order you placed with Value Paper Plus, you must contact customer support by clicking here or by phone (800)478-0498.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the product has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.  In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping/handling charges).



REFUND POLICY

       
After you return has been received at our warehouse, credits are typically posted to
customer's credit card account within 10-15 business days.
